All items are to be collected from the provider "us" Telford T-shirts and Graphic. The customer can request for items to be delivers, this may come as a charge, prices can vary from customer to customer.
Customers should be aware, if delivery is wanted then payment is needed to be taken in advance as well as correct detail of the shipping location need to be supplied. Customers should be aware this can add additional time to the receiving of the final product and we won’t be accountable for the loss and damage via shipping.
Customers wanting over-sea's shipping must beware of the addional charge and the further addional charge and time. We Telford T-shirts and Graphics won't be accountable for an import taxes or fee this will needed to be paid by the customer.
If collected items aren’t collected within 30 days then the order will be cancelled, unless we are instructed other-wise.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items which have been customised are unable to be returned or refunded to the nature of the product.
To be eligible for a return, if the item is not personalised, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable);
Signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to discuss the items. Details of how to contact us can be found on our “contact us” page.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item of value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
A deposit of 50% of the total order or full payment will be taken before work can begin, this deposit will cover the costs of time, design and the process of ordering materials for the job, this deposit is non-refundable no matter the amount.
